Join Trulawn as an artificial grass installer and become a vital part of the Trulawn HQ team.
We’re looking for new members for our installation teams to help transform lawns across the South of England.
This role is for someone who has existing artificial grass installation experience in cutting, fitting, edging and preparing the groundworks for an artificial lawn.
Please note that you will be required to get to our Eversley yard for 6.30am every weekday morning. Starting rate is £13.75 p/hr.
Duties
- Follow instruction of your Team Leader and Operations Department.
- Wear correct uniform and PPE at all times.
- Take care of and monitor the performance of equipment and vehicles being used.
- Assist the Team Leader in overseeing the other members of the team in completing tasks.
- Assist the Team Leader in the installation process from start to finish including the cutting and fitting of the grass.
- Oversee and assist with the loading/off-loading of materials at the start and end of the day.
- Other tasks involved in site, vehicle, equipment maintenance or as instructed by Operations.
Essentials Skills & Experience
- Driver’s licence.
- Groundworks, general landscaping, artificial grass installation.
- A willingness to learn and take direction.
- Be a team player.
- Professional attitude.
Ideal Skills & Experience
- You have run your own team before.
- Some customer facing experience.
