Trade Account FAQ.

How do I use my Trade account online?

At the moment you can only register for a Trade Account online. We’re working on creating an online portal for trade customers and will notify you when this is available.

I’m no longer receiving marketing emails?

If you would like to receive trade marketing emails, please send our Customer Support team an email, who will be happy to help get you signed up.

How do I delete my Trulawn Trade account?

Please email our Customer Support team with your details, and we will remove you from our database.

How do I update my details?

Please email our Customer Support team with your details, and we will update you our database.

Can I view my invoices online?

Invoices are not currently available online. If you require a copy of an invoice please email our Customer Support team.

How do I get a quote?

To ensure you get the best price, please call your Trade Manager who will be able to provide you with an estimate.

Will you deliver materials exactly where I need them?

All deliveries delivered from a Trulawn Heavy Goods Vehicle will be delivered kerb side. We work to very high safety standards and this may restrict our ability to deliver your materials if we deem the delivery location to be unsafe. During the checkout, we will ask if there is any obstructions close to the delivery address which could cause a problem for a Heavy Goods Vehicle, for example if there are overhead power cables present. In this instance, we will contact you and try and arrange an alternative delivery location.

We use couriers to get our next day delivery products to you. These goods will be delivered to your door, and will require a signature at time of delivery.

Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?

This is possible, please speak to your Trade Manager when placing your order to arrange collection.

Do you sell to overseas customers?

Unfortunately, due to the complexity of delivering long rolls of grass, we cannot service outside the UK.
