In 2019 we introduced Trulawn Trail, a fake grass running track  available in a variety of colours for schools that were interested in a brightly coloured track, trail or games area. This is an excellent choice as the 14mm coiled pile is suited to high impact or high volume activity.

If red or blue is too bold a colour for your school, our traditional grasses are still a wonderful option! Artificial grass by nature is more durable than natural grass so it won’t wear thin due to use. At Trulawn we also make a special effort to ensure our grasses are realistic as possible, with every grass a bespoke colour blend of blade and thatch.

We’ve installed an unobtrusive, natural looking track around the perimeter of this school field in Whitstable to help them follow a daily activity plan. Trulawn Luxury, our 100% polyethylene grass, was their product of choice. You may be wondering why 100% polyethylene makes a difference. This actually is a stronger type of plastic that has a better bounce back ability than other plastic blends so it naturally helps keep the grass more vertical. As additional help, we’ve also brushed in some silica sand onto to the surface of the grass.
