Kidney shaped putting green

Great to be able to make a bespoke kidney shaped putting green for these owners in Purley-on-Thames!

This large garden had a muddy finish on one side and was the perfect size for a golf fan to create a green they can enjoy on all year round. It’s not essential but, for the professional look and experience, we recommend getting a fringe around your green to practise chipping on the area. The shape of the green is entirely your decision but most people choose a typical kidney shaped putting green.

For this green we’ve used our designated golf grass Trulawn TruPutt, and created the fringe with our Trulawn Divine. Many of our landscaping grasses are perfect for use as a fringe so its entirely down to your preference.
