Improve under-tree areas
Trees are great but they can pose a few problems for lawns. A large canopy creates a lot of shade and an excess amount of leaves can hinder the growth of grass. This garden in Windsor was having a bit of trouble with the perimeter of the lawn where the trees stretched out over the grass. This was creating some muddy problems, as well as a general untidy appearance.
The team came in to sort out the problem by laying our Trulawn Continental artificial grass. It’s quite a large expanse at 290m² with the aforementioned trees posing a few challenges. But as you can see from the installation the grass has been cut to fit snugly around the tree trunk and follows the natural contours of the ground.
Although leaves will still have to be swept occasionally to make sure that plant build up does not affect the draining base, artificial grass is far more durable than natural grass. Which means no mud, even coverage, and a tidy green garden!
We retired Continental from our range in 2021 so make sure to check out our other products for an up to date look at our grasses.
