Football pitch refurbishment project

We’ve carried out a refurbishment project at a sports association in Hartlepool to turn their old, crumbling tennis court into a fresh new caged football pitch.

Rather than a full groundworks installation this is a lay-only project which is a much quicker form of installation. With an existing base already present, only touch ups were required to make it fit for a new surface.

Instead of a long pile grass you’d see on a regular football grass pitch, a shorter, coiled pile grass called Trulawn Trail has been used for this project. This type of grass is much more common for a MUGA where more than one sport might be played on the site.
