Cycle track at Downside Primary School
Trulawn already installed over 7,000sqm of our Luxury artificial grass at Downside Primary School as part of a massive refurbishment project at the school. The finishing touch was a cycle track made of artificial grass which has just been completed. You can read all about the initial project here.
Installing the cycle track
The second project at Downside was the creation of a cycle track, which was made in keeping with the rest of the play grounds by the installation of artificial grass. As you can see this was a different kind of project because of the undulations in the track. Undulations create a more challenging track as well as making it a bit more interesting for the cyclist. A challenge was made for our installers who had to follow the contours of the area, ensure that it was flat, as well as secure it down safely to the newly created trackway. Just like the previous installation, this was a large area over 870sqm. A great project for our team to get stuck into.
