New Games Artificial Grass on Concrete Playground

It’s perfectly possible to lay artificial grass on concrete as long as it’s in a decent condition. In fact it’s a perfect way to bring a softer feel or provide more diverse facilities in schools where there are no natural fields or green areas on site. Rather than trying to arrange for excavation of concrete and heavy duty landscaping changes, artificial grass is a much faster and simpler solution. A project like this can often be completed in just a couple of days.

At Harpenden School in Hertfordshire we’ve created an exciting new games area for the pupils to enjoy using our Trulawn Prestige grass. This isn’t a specialist sports grass as it was not needed for the kind of play and activities intended for the surface. If you are looking for something for a specific sport check out our sports range of grasses.
