Do you offer a works guarantee?

Installations carried out by our in-house team (invoiced by Trulawn) have a workmanship guarantee of 2 years. This covers:

• Fixings and securings
• The performance and durability of the installation to normal wear and tear

All our grasses also have a minimum 8 year guarantee. This covers:

• The artificial turf will remain resistant against the influence of the weather. It will remain resistant to UV radiation and will not rot or degrade. This guarantee is based on UK climatic conditions and is therefore only applicable for sales made for installations in the UK.
