What should I do if my artificial lawn blades flatten?

As you use your artificial lawn your blades will flatten over time as you would expect with a long pile carpet. To discourage flattening you can give your lawn a brush occasionally, with a stiff outdoor brush or using a motorised power brush. Plastic becomes more flexible the warmer it is, so this is best done during a warm sunny day.
