Do I need underlay for artificial grass?

ANSWER

You should use underlay for your artificial grass, and we recommend using our 10mm foam underlay, particularly for the permanent installation of artificial grass on decking, concrete or other hard surfaces. When laying artificial turf on an existing grass profile, it is important to use a geotextile membrane in order to prevent weed growth.
